Step 1, You tell us the brief

Step 2, We match you with a mentor
Within an hour, you'll get a free quote and a shortlist of 1–3 mentors who specialise in your subject. You'll see their qualifications, university, subject focus and rating. You pick. If none of them feel right, we'll find more , no pressure to commit until you're happy.
Step 3, You and your mentor get to work
You confirm by paying a deposit (usually 50%, the rest after delivery). From that point you have a private chat with your mentor: send them references your lecturer recommended, share your previous essays so they match your voice, ask questions any time. For longer pieces we share an outline first, then drafts at key milestones, so you always know what's coming.
Step 4, Delivery, originality report, revisions
On (or before) the deadline you get the finished work, plus a Turnitin-grade plagiarism report and an AI-detection report. Read it through. If anything needs adjusting, your tutor flags a section, you want a different example , send it back and we'll revise free of charge for 14 days.
